About Echo Keeper

Christin began playing drums and percussion as a child in Missouri, but her music has now evolved into a spiritual practice. The name “Echo Keeper” was revealed to her during a Vision Quest when it became clear that she was called to listen deeply, hold sacred space, and raise the vibration.

She currently lives in Maryland and serves as the Assistant Minister for Congregational Life of the Unitarian Universalist Congregation of Fairfax in Oakton, VA. When she has time, Christin leads drum circles in addition to Shamanic Journeying circles and private drumming/sound sessions. Christin is deeply grateful for her mentor and teacher, Cyndy “Snake Dancer” Paige, a traditionally trained Shamanic Sound Healer and Practitioner in Pennsylvania. Christin earned a Masters in Divinity degree at Wesley Theological Seminary in May 2019 after three years of immersive study. She was ordained by the Unitarian Universalist Association and the Unitarian Universalist Congregation of Rockville in Maryland in 2020. Christin looks forward to the ways her gifts will continue to develop into service to the community.
